Service Package Type

Repairy allow a booking creation with a single servicePackageType which value is one of allowed types: basic, logbook, tyres, and others.

In addition, Repairy also allows customers or partner to create a booking with multiple additional services which listed as follows,

Transmission concern
Vehicle is shifting abnormally

Battery
No start? Slow Start? Battery Light On?

Brake System
Inspection, pad replacement, rotor resurfacing

Cooling System Concern
Engine overheating, leaking coolant

Electric Vehicle (EV)
My EV is due for maintenance or repair

Electrical Concern
My vehicle is exhibiting an electrical issue

Heat or A/C
No heating, No A/C, Regas

Pre-purchase inspection
A thorough inspection from bumper to bumper!

Roadworthy Inspection / Pink Slips
Vehicle safety and maintenance inspection

Suspension / Steering
Noise when going over bumps, abnormal tire wear, vibrations while driving

Warning Light
Check engine light, ABS / traction control light, airbag light, etc.

VASS

This additional services information will be stored in jobNotes in the Booking model instance.

Available Services Configuration

All additional services would be available for customer to choose in the Booking Form Widget.
For example,

These available services is based on shop's configuration in Repairy Dashboard.
For example,

For Partners, they can practically send a custom service title outside of selection above.
However, it strongly suggested that Partner should follow what is available and configured by shop admin in the Repairy Dashboard to avoid confusion and mantain integrity.

Service Segregation

Repairy provide a customisable service segregation to satisfy every shop business rules with an easy to use interface.
Shop can configure their own daily limit for each services types as follows,

How many shop can do tyres and wheels services in a day

others
If customer did not choose basic, logbook, nor tyres, the booking will be automatically considered as others booking, for example, Roadworthy inspection booking.

Repairy also provide a more advanced solution which allows shop to configure segregation relative on day of the week for those service types.

Notes:
The jobNotes parameters which holds the additional services selection will be acknowledged as others booking if Partner did not specify servicePackageType as non-others in the booking creation request.
